The world's smallest mobile broadband satellite phone, the Nera WorldPro, has now become an even more attractive buy.
From today, the Nera WordlPro 1010 provides full support for ethernet interface, including dynamic and static IP addressing.
With this upgraded Nera WorldPro 1010, users can now choose several ways of connecting the satellite terminal with their computer or other peripheral equipment: via Ethernet, Bluetooth, USB (via ISDN splitter) and ISDN (for handset).
With the latest upgrade, the Nera WorldPro 1010 has become even easier and quicker to set up and use. A new web-based Man-Machine-Interface is also included in the latest version, as is a built-in web server. The satellite terminal supports single as well as multiple user set-ups.
Using the Nera WorldPro 1010 for a single PC requires no set-up. When connecting the Nera WorldPro 1010 wih the PC via an Ethernet cable, a data connection will automatically be established with the Inmarsat satellite network. It can't get any simpler than that.
