The Thrane & Thrane distributor or dealer is the first line of contact for any support, including user training, activation and commissioning, upgrades, PIN codes, accessories, applications, repairs and spare part.
Service on board the vessel for Maritime Thrane & Thrane products
The On Board Service Center (OSC) network offers maritime service for Thrane & Thrane, SAILOR, SKANTI and NERA products. No matter where or how you bought the equipment, you’re entitled to immediate service all over the world. The OSCs are able to service maritime equipment that has been manufactured by Thrane & Thrane, SAILOR, SKANTI and Nera Satcom, regardless of actual label.
Your distributor or dealer will usually coordinate services – warranty as well as ordinary services - with OSC if he is not able to do the service/repair himself.
Land Mobile Service - Regional Workshop network
Supplementing the distributor network and ensuring efficient and prompt repair services an important part of the service program is the Thrane & Thrane Regional Workshops (RWS). The Regional Workshops perform certain repairs on behalf of Thrane & Thrane in their well equipped workshops having spare parts as well as factory trained technicians available at all times.
